Welcome to Mindful Action.

We are a counselling and psychotherapy service based in Auckland CBD and Takapuna.

Our services are personalised to suit individual needs. We offer both short-term counselling and long-term psychotherapy. Our vision is to support people move from distress to calm, confusion to insight, and sadness to joy.

We are passionate about helping people to recognise unhelpful thought patterns and behaviour and use their insight and relevant tools to skilfully move toward living their life to its full potential and create lasting change.

Our therapists aim to use their expertise and skill to work alongside you to help deal with current challenges, promote self-understanding, and grow toward greater wellbeing.
