Approach
Our team is trained in a range of therapeutic modalities including relational psychotherapy, couple therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), eye-movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), psychodynamic psychotherapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. We draw on these frameworks flexibly and integrate them in a way that best supports each client’s needs and goals.
Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, we tailor our work to reflect your unique context, history, and preferences. For some clients, therapy is focused on building coping strategies for immediate concerns such as anxiety or stress. For others, the process may involve exploring deeper emotional patterns, identity questions, or long-term challenges in relationships and self-understanding.
Above all, we prioritise the quality of the therapeutic relationship. We aim to create a space where clients feel emotionally safe, genuinely heard, and supported to explore difficult thoughts or feelings at a pace that feels right for them.
